James Bond fans are strongly encouraged to purchase in Thailand




Overseas property buyers may find places used in James Bond movies good market to consider, according to a newspaper.

In the Telegraph said that many of the places visited by the legendary British spy is now attracting a lot of attention with a second home buyers.

For example, in areas such as Phuket in Thailand property have become increasingly popular among investors who are looking at the upper end of the market.

The area was immortalized in 1974 in "The Man with the Golden Gun, which starred Roger Moore in the lead roles.

Indeed, one of the mountainous islands of Phuket property has become so closely associated with the film that is now widely referred to as James Bond Island.

In the Telegraph noted. "Locations that were considered exotic distant, and cause chaos Bond in them now because the list of new foreign hot spots."
