Sansiri plans Hua Hin developments



Hua Hin continues to promise market for luxury residential development with two developers launches single home condominium projects.

The listed Thailand property developer Sansiri Plc will start its 2.06 billion baht Baan San Suk Hua Hin at 10 - rai plan situated at the entrance to Kao Trakiab.

The development will include of seven four-storey buildings and one seven-storey building to house 283 units with sizes between 49 and 224 square meters and evaluated starting at 3.3 million baht.

Sansiri is a top company in the development of luxury condominiums in Hua Hin with six successful launches in the past few years. The company will organize a three-day event to promote the new project and its other holiday homes at Siam Paragon launching on Friday.

Ocean Property Co. also declared the 600-million-baht Ocean Villa Hua Hin in the same neighborhood as its flagship Asara Villas and Suites Hotel.

The project will contain of 18 villas with 100 to 400 square meters of space with prices from 25 million baht per unit. The largest unit would be 400 sq m with an opening auction price of 125 million baht. Nusara Banyatpiyaphod, the company's president, said that Hua Hin had seen continuous rise and the company aligned to add value to the hotel development with this premium Thailand real estate project.

Asara Villas and Suites, with 52 pool villas and 44 suites, plans aggressive marketing to tap the high-end market segment with the aim on businessmen and the Mice (meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions) market.

The Thailand property company has set a goal to have 80% of its guests from Europe and Scandinavia; 10% from America and 10% from the Asia Pacific region.

The hotel expects a 55-60% occupancy rate in the second and third quarters and up to 80% in the fourth quarter of this year.
